Thank you for shopping at Make3d.in. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be initiated within 2 Days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used filaments and resins.
  • Customized or specially ordered 3D printers and accessories.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions (unless defective).
  • Software and digital products.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 2 Days of delivery with detailed photographs/videos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@make3d.in or via the return form on our website.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
  1. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 Working Days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.
  • Follow the return process to initiate an exchange.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • A cancellation fee of zero rupee may apply.
